I was driving yesterday on West Broadway Street in South Boston behind a school bus which was exhausting A LOT OF SMOKE, pollution to the environment. I do have the picture, and I wish I could attach it. However, the Massachusetts plaque # is 19493. I will be more than happy to send the picture. I already posted on Facebook, and wrote about it on my blog.
