Bad Service = Audi of Brookline

I’m going to start saying and writing that since English is not my first language I must apologize for my mistakes when I’m expressing myself using this tongue.

On the other hand, I need to keep writing and putting into words what I believe and experience in my life in this beautiful country where I have lived for the last 17 years. In that matter, I have to say with the downturn of the economy, and all of that, I think how hard I work in my daytime job (I’m also an actor). My clients are important to me, and my efforts to service them the BEST way possible is a MUST to me.

I’m sitting here, and actually writing this note in a dealership, Brookline Audi in Brookline, Massachusetts where I brought my car for some repairs, and, where I have received one the WORST services that I have ever experienced in my life. Customer Service is so important these days that I found inconceivable to receive this kind of attention. They tell you that your car would be ready at a certain time, and I have been waiting already 1 hour and 45 minutes after that original time. Not even one single person has stopped by to ask me if I want or need something. Nothing. In other words, it is as nobody has been here for the last 4 hours that I have sat here.

The service is not only poor, I even feel that the prices for the services and repair of my car are outrageous, out of proportion, especially when I have declared 2009 my saving year, and I have been good saving here and there, and although I know my car needs repairs and services, I do not mind to pay for GOOD services, for EXCELLENT attention if that is the case. What I have received this morning Monday March 16th 2009 is nothing but BAD service at Brookline Audi in Brookline, Massachusetts. Nobody cares, nobody seems to take a minute to display some kind of attention. Basic attention, and good service.

I’m not asking for a 5 star type of service. I’d only love to have the recognition that I am a human being paying for something, not asking for anything free. Again, I am a human being, and in these times of economic downturn, GOOD customer services is important, vital. If you don’t have to bring your car to this dealership in Brookline, Massachusetts, do yourself a favor, don’t do it.
