Winter is here, early in the Fall

Saturday of a cold morning,
in October,
Sunday is raining,
water, and plants go out to feel it,
each morning got some bread, and mantequilla (butter),
each morning got some cafe con leche,
sweet, very sweet to remember old times back at home,
when the cafe con leche was hot, very hot,
and sweet, very sweet.
Winter and snow will have plenty of bread
and cafe con leche,
music from a musical,
characters who are bringing their way of living
from the South,
from Suramerica,
and, share it, here in Boston, in Cambridge, in Brookline,
