Haiti, Haiti...the 20 things I wrote for you

After the earthquake on the news, and in Haiti,
only 20 dollars I can reach, only 20 dollars I can give,
but, what else I can do, what I can hand,
then I thought, I can write,
and for every number, have something to say,
1 could be a lot, that's who I am right now,
2 parents, willing to receive the orphans, and say, there is still a chance,
3 the colors of a flag, 4 for the North, South, East and West,
5 continents united for one nation in need,
6 is the number of siblings I have, who I asked to give, something...
7, maybe, the colors of a Rainbow? (Arco iris in Spanish)
the number 8 doesn't come out with something to say right away,
so I simply scream...Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti, Go Haiti,
the shape of the 9 is the shape of nice and beautiful waves of the Caribbean sea washing away the pain and the sorrow off the shore, off the country,
10 is the perfect number in gymnastic, 10 is the perfect number for the people of Haiti,
11 stands for two ones, 1 + 1 strong and capable of building what need to be built,
12 hours, half a day, day by day, we will stand at our best,
13 is a lucky number, it has to be a lucky number,
14 is a number that represents youth, like a lot of people in Haiti,
15 dances to celebrate we still alive, 16 voices of men and women singing in a choir,
17 smiles, flying around, spreading the feeling of hope and pride,
hope and pride, hearts and hands, it will take more than 18 days or 18 months,
but if we need 19 years, 19 years will take to rebuild what it's yours...
20 only to say this: Haiti, you are: Loved, Resilient, Strong, Courage, Powerful, Beautiful, Hard, Dignity, Fearless, Open, Intelligent, Fun, Energetic, Friend, Hope, Perseverance, Hands Together, Heart, Sun, a Star.
and, I know you are more...Let it be...as The Beatles said.
I write with my heart, so forgive my English faux pas (Ok, I looked for this online).
