My bad surprises with Trader Joes continue. Last visit was nothing but going to a place where people are NOT making the effort to serve you well. You are not even trying, and that is very sad.
My last email to you at Trader Joes was only acknowledged by the automatic reply system, and once again, last week on Friday July 22nd your location at 748 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, MA delivered only poor service.
You are not even bothering to ask if we need help to bag our groceries (certainly our cashier S, Natasha didn’t bother to ask), and not even a thank you for doing it ourselves. Besides, we bring our own reusable bags, so you don’t have to spend money or kill more tree making paper bags. However, you are killing my loyalty to you, because honestly, you are doing your job very badly. Period.
From now on, I have decided the next time I go there, I am not going to bag one single item, and although I will keep bringing my reusable bags, you will have to bag everything one by one. You have to do better, and I am certainly going to post this short letter on my blog and Facebook page, because I am sure I am not the only one who has received bad service at Trader Joe in Cambridge, MA.
